Jeddah Park is establishing the largest mixed-use urban lifestyle development destined to revolutionize the local economic fabric through a nucleus of advanced services and products; constituted of high-end shopping mall, restaurants, hotel and rehabilitation health tower.

The Outcome
Ascend partnered with Jeddah Park Health by extending our consulting services supporting with turnkey project management to establish a smart rehabilitation tower including all digital components, as well as preparing the entire hospital and providing outcomes-based services and medical equipment maintenance for a long period-of-time through a Managed Equipment Services (MES) agreement.
Developing the Smart Rehabilitation Hospital Blueprint
Extended 22 digital use cases, including: EMR, Smart Patient Room and Virtual Healthcare
Provided consulting services around optimizing the Radiology department space design and service delivery, ensuring the customer will get the most value from their investment
Design review, Bill of Quantity development, specification and commissioning services
Equipment maintenance, optimization services and uptime guarantees provided through a 15-year MES agreement.

Resource Control Centers (RCC)
The MOH National Healthcare Command Center (NHCC) was established in 2019 in Riyadh as a central hub collating and visualizing data and insights utilizing artificial intelligence and human action and to lead in data-driven healthcare to reach a sustainable healthcare system NHCC has been instrumental during Covid-19 to provide the MOH and other government entities with the required analytics, predictions and recommendations to manage capacity and demand.
